Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction and post it to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the final paid amount will be refunded. Refunds for gift purchases will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some banks or payment processors may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as they may be able to provide more detailed information about the pending transaction. If after contacting your financial institution you determine that the refund has not been processed on our end, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.
